Privacy Policy

Overview

QwertyExam ("the app", "we") helps you check whether your keycap set fits your keyboard. This policy explains what information the app uses and how it is handled. We keep it short because we collect very little.

Data stored on your device

Your boards, selected kits, colourways, coin balance, inventory and settings are stored locally on your device. We do not have an account system and we do not receive this data on our servers.

Camera and photos

The Colour Read feature can use your camera or a photo you choose from your library to read the colours of your keycap set. Photos are processed on your device to sample colours. They are not uploaded by us. The app asks for camera permission only when you use this feature, and you can change it at any time in iOS Settings.

Analytics and attribution

The app may use third-party measurement services, such as Adjust and AppsFlyer, to understand how the app is installed and used and to measure the performance of our marketing. These services may collect device and usage information, for example device type, OS version, app version, install source and in-app events, and may use an advertising identifier only if you grant permission through Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt. We do not use this data to identify you personally.

What we do not do

• We do not sell your personal information.
• We do not ask for your name, email or phone number inside the app.
• We do not collect your precise location.

Purchases

The app is free. Coins are an in-app currency earned by playing. Any payment is handled by Apple, and we never see your payment details.

Children

The app is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

Your choices

• Deny or revoke camera and photo access in iOS Settings.
• Decline tracking in the App Tracking Transparency prompt or in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
• Delete the app to remove all locally stored data.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version.
